My show never showed up
Shows take a few minutes. If the app says it failed, you weren't charged, or you got the show credit back automatically. Still stuck? Send us the show ID from My Shows.
I want a refund
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too. iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play, Payments & subscriptions, Budget & history. Write to us first and we'll back you up.
Restore a 3-pack on a new phone
Settings, Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
Report a show
Every share page has a Report button at the top. In the app, long-press a show, then Report. Or send the link with the form below. A person reviews every report.
Delete my account and data
In the app: Settings, Delete account. It deletes your shows and links. Details in the Privacy Policy.
